NEW CLIENT REMINDERS • Send picture of your bare nails. (Failure to do so will result in APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION.) • Come with BARE NAILS. (I will NOT work over other nail techs work , severely damaged or wounded nails.) • Services will NOT be provided to clients with any nail diseases. (Client will be refer to a medical professional.) • Please inform me of any health conditions and/or allergies prior to your service. _________________________________________ PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING • BOOKING: All appointments require a $20 Non-refundable deposit of which will go towards your service. To book an appointment a valid card is required to have on file. No charges will be made until after your service is complete. • PAYMENT: Prices on site are STARTING prices only, for an accurate price quote feel free to send me a dm! Please note if you choose to pay with card, there is a 3.5% convenience fee added. • LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. After the 15 minute grace period, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. • NO-SHOW POLICY: No shows will be charged full price (100%) of their booked service. Cancellation Policy
If you exceed 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled AND you will be charged (50%) of your booked service. Last minute cancelations *less than 48hr notice* will be charged (50%) of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged full price (100%) of their booked service. You will not be able to book another appointment until the fee has been paid.
